The chef

Patrick Gatinet

In Burgundy, a region famed for its gastronomy and history, three things are important: living well, eating well, and growing wine. For Patrick Gatinet, a chef who is as passionate as his first day in the trade (he has managed the hotel since 1976) and an Epicurean at heart, his local produce is an endless source of inspiration for his generous and authentic cuisine. Furthermore, the hotel is the headquarters of the Compagnie Rabelaisienne des Gens de la Tour. It speaks for itself!

Patrick Gatinet - a Maître Restaurateur - and his wife Jackie are eager to ensure you enjoy a delicious meal.
